April Hall is a professionally trained Pastry Chef residing in Concord NH. She studied Baking & Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and earned an associates of science degree in both Pastry and Culinary arts as well as a bachelors in Business Management. She has worked in various pastry establishments over the years and owned her own restaurant & bakery with her husband for seven years. She currently teaches Baking & Pastry classes at Lakes Region Community College in Laconia as well as maintaining her wedding cake/pastry business. |
