This menu is intended for larger parties of 25 people or more.  All paper goods, utensils and serving supplies are included.  This menu requires a minimum of two servers at $15/hr each from one hour before to one hour after plus a 15% service charge.  This per person rate does not include applicable New Hampshire State Rooms & Meals Tax (9%) or delivery fees.
