relief to hurriedly get back from the graduation (after the traffic jam) and
see everything set up perfectly and the wonderful aromas throughout the

just wanted to let you know that our party was a success and much of that
success was due to the wonderful food preparation. I
had the chicken and some of the 2 lasagna's. The chicken was very tender
and so tasty! The lasagna's were also wonderful. Paul had the
pork and declared it super. He
and a friend raved about the potatoes that came with the pork. Thanks for
the applesauce
extra, though I think not many people even saw it. Everyone said
they had
enjoyed the meal very much! One cousin suggested we should do this as a family
reunion every year! Our
daughter and son-in-law marveled at how we had picked such a great caterer without
knowing their area very well. I
will also pass on to the Audubon how satisfied we were with your food so they can
recommend you to others. I'm
glad it's all over and now we have wonderful memories (and some left over food which
is a good thing since I am too tired to cook right now!!!!!!!!)

----·Contemporary Catering provided a wonderful spread for our weekend party. The fruit was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The sandwiches were perfect and the Pasta Primavera was a huge hit amongst our guests. Brian was very helpful to my husband as he planned this gathering as a birthday party for me. He offered suggestions that helped with the difficult decision of what to serve. Brian prepared a beautiful presentation of the food and was prompt when returning to pick up the dishes. Overall, we were extremely happy with all aspects of our Contemporary catering experience and highly recommend them.

·I have used Contemporary Catering several times over the last year.
I used them to cater parties in my home, to provide portioned out food to a
friend recovering after a hospital stay, and for a large function (250 people)
at Bishop Brady High School.
I have been very impressed with the quality of the food, presentation and
service.
I wholeheartedly recommend Brian and his catering service.

the food were wonderful!. Everything was
timed to perfection and having such great staff present left me with no worries
that my guests were happily fed. There
wasn't an empty plate in the house!They also cleaned up the banquet hall and left it just as
they found it. I would highly recommend
Brian and his staff for a worry-free company party. I especially liked the fact that we could customize our
menu to suit all the dietary needs of our guests, from vegetarian to diabetic,
the selections were fantastic.

Contemporary Catering for hosting our office Chicken Barbecue on Tuesday Aug.
25th on such short notice. Zack and Phil did a great job!!! The
fruit platters, cheese and cracker platters to the main course and deserts
were very good. Many compliments on the chicken, people just loved
it!! But then there were compliments on everything. I couldn’t
believe the amounts of food left over, we were able to have a mini buffet in
the office the next day. We wouldn’t hesitate on having you host another event

All five associations that organize the event were extremely happy with them.
We do this event every year for the LNAs associated with our five associations. Since it is all non-profit associations sponsoring the event, we have a very limited budget as you can imagine. Many years our food budget has been so limited that we have only been able to do ½ sandwiches for attendees. To be honest, with the budget we have to spend we usually have some very low expectations for the sandwiches.
Your sandwiches absolutely blew us away. They were fabulous….lots of meat, and nice fresh veggies. Your presentation was great! Not having trays or paper wrapped sandwiches was super. Those plastic clamshell containers with the condiments right in them was just awesome!!Thank you so much for the great food!

---- ·How do you host the main event and still enjoy the
rest of the party? You hire Contemporary Catering! During the
holidays, my husband and I participate in a progressive dinner party.
This year it was our turn to host the entrée. All I had to do was clean
and decorate the house. We left at 6:00, enjoyed cocktails and salad with
the group elsewhere and returned home with the other couples to find a
delicious meal for 18 prepared by Contemporary Caterers waiting for us.
While we were gone Brain Hinckley arrived, set up the warming tray and arranged
all the food for us. Not only was it delicious and absolutely no work for
me but the house was filled with wonderful smells when we walked in the
door. And I was able to really enjoy the party. I would hire them
again in a minute. Thank you Brian and Rebekah!

-----·Every Christmas Eve we host a party at our house for...fifty to a hundred of our closest friends and relatives. The day is typically a headache...This year we decided to eliminate ...those hassles and have Contemporary Catering prepare some traditional Greek dishes for us as well as a few new recipes...Brian was very understanding of our concerns and he gave us detailed instructions so that the food would be perfect once the guests arrived. The end result was a far less stressful set up and countless compliments on the dishes prepared by Contemporary Catering. · Contemporary Catering helped cater a (forty-person)cocktail party last Thursday night...It was a great presentation and delicious food. Then the next day, Brian and staff arrived at our house to set up tents and tables to prepare for a barbecue for our daughter's high school graduation on Saturday for over fifty people. We chose the menu and he did a great job giving us exactly what we requested. His staff is professional, courteous and prompt. All day long, family and friends were asking for his business card!...We recommend you, and thank you for taking a lot of the stress off us to cook and prepare and serve foods...instead we got to enjoy the day! · At NHOH, we use Contemporary Catering once a month on average. They are very responsive to our needs and always accurate and on time. They not only have great food, but great communication, which is very important when arranging a company's catered meetings.
