This menu is intended for larger parties of twenty-five or more.  All paper goods, utensils and serving supplies are included.  This menu requires a minimum of two servers at twelve dollars per hour from one hour before to one hour after plus an 18% gratuity.  This per person rate also does not include applicable New Hampshire State Rooms & Meals Tax (8%) or delivery fees.
