To assist you with your planning, it is helpful to know that the average person will consume four and a half appetizer pieces. A half-pan of any entrée will yield seven to ten portions and a full pan of any entrée will yield fourteen to eighteen portions. It is best to supply your guests with a wide variety of many different items in smaller quantities than to bore them with an abundance of personally undesirable meals. You can balance your catering budget by offering more sides and salads accompanied by a smaller quantity of the more costly meats and seafood. Please take your time and try to enjoy making your selections, there is no need for you to stress over an occasion that will be fun for everyone else! After all, you don’t even have to cook!
